Our Commitment

At CardKi, we want you to love your purchase.

If something isn't right with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

Because our card skins are made specifically for the design and card type you select, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.

However, we will gladly replace or refund orders in the following situations:

Eligible for a Replacement or Refund

✓ Your item arrives damaged during shipping

✓ Your item arrives with a manufacturing defect

✓ You receive the wrong design or wrong item

✓ Your order is lost in transit (after confirmation from the shipping carrier)

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or returns are not available for:

✗ Change of mind

✗ Ordering the wrong card type (Small Chip, Large Chip, or No Chip)

✗ Ordering the wrong design

✗ Minor color differences caused by screen or monitor settings

✗ Normal wear and tear after use

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has entered processing or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost during shipping, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account
